Pregnant which is great news. She is nearly 10weeks atm.. but she has been morning noon and night sickness since she found out at about 6 weeks. The poor girl retches and throws up all day and all night. She cant do anyting at all. Nothing helps. She is not feeling the glow of pregnancy. I feel soooo bad for her..I hope it goes away at 12 weeks and she doesnt have to suffer too much more of this.
I am off pregnancy for life now LOL

Congrats to your sis Kat
Sickness in pregnancy can make you feel awful. The only things that I can recommend are drinking raspberry leaf tea and ginger biscuits to try and alleviate the nausea. Apparently it's a sign of a healthy pregnancy cos the hormone levels are high. I hope she soon feels better. I think after 16 weeks most of the sickness should go away.

Congrats to your sister Kat and hugs to her for feeling so sick all day long, definitely not much fun at all! I hope things improve in the weeks ahead.
*whispers* my neighbour was sick all day long too and she found out at 14 weeks she was expecting twins.

My Mum felt very sick when she was pregnant and the doctor prescribed her vitamine B. It helped.
Has your sister tried that?

That's great news about your sis, Kat. Many congratulations to her.
I know how just she feels cos I had morning sickness for the first 3 months with AJ and for the whole nine months with Will!!! I found that drinking plenty of sparkling mineral water helped to alleviate my discomfort but, to be honest, morning sickness goes when it's good and ready to go and not a moment before! *g*
*edited cos I said 'Marci' and not Kat. It's all very confusing having 2 Katt's on here y'know! lol*
